Call CIC ASAP and report that the relationship has broken down and headed for divorce. Whether they can revoke his PR is still unknown but this is all you can do for now. Don't hesitate.

In Saskatchewan the house that a married couple (or a common-law couple) shares is matrimonial property and is divided 50-50. It does not matter who paid for it in the first place. You need a family law lawyer, preferably one who also knows immigration law.
