Will LLB (3 years) be considered as a professional degree while applying for PR? I have completed my LLB after completing my Bachelors of Commerce (3 years) from Mumbai University,India.

Yes, It will be considered as professional. Got my brothers Evaluated from WES & got professional degree.

Thankyou so much for your help. Actually was getting mixed responses from many people and they said WES sometimes considers a double degree and sometimes it considers as professional. Did u take any agency or by self?

Hello @pulakmehan23 , i have a bachelors degree in law from Karnataka State Law Univeristy, most people have answered on queries saying that their degree was evaluated as Bachelors. can you tell me which university your brother had done LLB from?

Yes it was done from WES. People who have done integrated course (BBA+LLB 5 Years) are the ones who are facing the issue of getting PGDM ECA report. But I am not sure about that as well, Just heard it from someone. IF you have 2 separate degree certificates (Grad & LLB) then it shouldn't be a problem.

I am facing issues while uploading the image, Otherwise would have attached the report here.

Okay! Thank you.. I have both scenarios.. My Spouse has Grad+LLB, Whereas I have BLS;LLB (Five year course).

Well then I would suggest go with IQAS if you have time on hand (As they will take 7-8 weeks to process after receiving your documents compared to 4-5 weeks with WES). Try to go digital route, GNDU is sending E-Mails now days directly to the ECA agencies.

I went with WES for my brothers ECA, But with IQAS for mine as I have done MBA so want that masters equivalency.

I hold a five year B.B.A.L.L.B from india. Going though the forum I believe IQAS is better for ECA. Anyone here who received a bachelor of law equivalency for 5 year law degree through IQAS?
