Go for IQASWill LLB (3 years) be considered as a professional degree while applying for PR? I have completed my LLB after completing my Bachelors of Commerce (3 years) from Mumbai University,India.
Yes it was done from WES. People who have done integrated course (BBA+LLB 5 Years) are the ones who are facing the issue of getting PGDM ECA report. But I am not sure about that as well, Just heard it from someone. IF you have 2 separate degree certificates (Grad & LLB) then it shouldn't be a problem.Hi @TAZ-24
Are you sure it was done from WES? many people have replied that WES does not consider LLB degree as Professional Degree.
Please help!

Did you go with WES or IQAS?Will LLB (3 years) be considered as a professional degree while applying for PR? I have completed my LLB after completing my Bachelors of Commerce (3 years) from Mumbai University,India.
Well then I would suggest go with IQAS if you have time on hand (As they will take 7-8 weeks to process after receiving your documents compared to 4-5 weeks with WES). Try to go digital route, GNDU is sending E-Mails now days directly to the ECA agencies.Okay! Thank you.. I have both scenarios.. My Spouse has Grad+LLB, Whereas I have BLS;LLB (Five year course).
