my work permit is valid until october 2015. due to moratorium there are so many speculations for a tfw who will exit canada and take a vacay in country of origin.
is it true that there are situations or chances of upon return to canada there might be denial to enter or refuse even if there's a valid work permit, possesing applied trv and a letter from the employer certifying they continue hiring the person?
