Is ignou PGDIBO accepted by wes

Hi,
Is there no problem of being a distance course.? Also 1 year diploma they will evaluate as 1 year.? As Masters also they evaluate as 1 year only.
Does it get 1 year equivalency.? I have b.tech need one more diploma to select two or more category for immigration. So thinking about pg diploma in IBO from IGNOU of single year. will it work.?
No problem of distance course ....1 year of diploma will be evaluated as 1 yr pg diploma by wes.....masters usually not done in IIT and IIM will be considered as 1 yr pg diploma by wes.but CES ices and iqas evaluates masters as masters

applying for the same course, distance learning. Are you sure they recognize it. It is not mentioned in the list of courses in the equivalency tool.
