WES evalautes post graduate diplomas from few distance learning universities. I got my PGDCA from another university(not IGNOU) and it was evalauted by WES. I had BE degree before that so got points for 2 or more degrees\diploma.

I completed PG Diploma in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (one year - two semester Program) It was positively evaluated by WES as equivalent to Canadian PG Diploma one year!
