Ircc automated phone system not providing status anymore for work permit visa

When I am dialing ircc automated phone system to check status system is not giving me any info and transferring my call to an agent??

You input something wrong, like your client or application number. Or your case is closed. Just talk with an agent to get the information.

It happens when there is decision. You can talk to the agent . They will tell you.
