Invitation Letter

Hello Guys,

I need your opinion about my case. I was planning to apply my partner via conjugal sponsorship Since I am not allowed to get married in my Country of origin, there is no divorce law.

I called the IRCC this morning, and told them about my case. Their agent informed me why not try a tourist visa, and get married in Canada. He said , it is much easier than Conjugal sponsorship.

So in making an Invitation letter, can I state the really reason why girlfriend needs to come here in Canada?

If you state the real reason you're pretty much guaranteeing the visitor visa will be refused.
