invitation letter

Hello, the one who will sponsor my visit to canada is now here in the philippines. She's planning to give me invitation letter to visit canada and be notarized by our public attorney here in the philippines. And we will just send a picture together as a proof that she really visited Philippines. Is it ok? Or the letter should be notarize in canada?

Yes, she can prepare letter of invitation while the host is here in the Philippines as long as he/she is a PR or Canadian citizen.

Yes she's a canadian citizen. Do you have same situation like mine? Could there be no problem with this? Because she's a filipimo-canadian citizen.
