Its so strange to see that chc makes you struggle to get notes n replies for your query. To get ur visa is like a war with chc
HAHAHHAA yes you are right SBdelhi.
its worst than a war and we are freedom fighters. i think CIC should send these visa officers to INDO-PAK boarder with pen and pencils only not guns, then they will realize how much we have to suffer during visa processing. situation is same here, CHC has all rights(weapons) to decide our future but we have nothing not even pen, pencils.

Ashunandal - lol.
Please sont send these visa oficers anywhere. If they leave yheir office then only all of us will be suffering. They will enjoy their trip and we wil be waiting in queue. :(

dont worry
if we are sending VO's to boarder it means soldiers will come to ND and i hope they can understand our feelings much better than these VO's.

Ashunnandal - ya, soliders wil definetly undertand us better. Salute to them for choosing such life. We just are just facing it for 1 time. They have to undergo same thing again and again. :(

got GCMS notes
officer wrote summary of our relationship from first day until marriage and said the couple appears compatible in age, education, marital status and language.
reasons given for interview are -
- TRV rejection before applied for spousal sponsorship
- sponsor didnt return to Canada at date given in forms
-VO not indicated on the medical report
-No biodata on the back of photo-id
it looks ok, i think i should not worry ;)

Ashunandal - al the best for interview. I think urs interview is coming up next. Anyone else before u?

Cricket365 - prepare well foe your intwrview. If your case is true n genuine then it would be a cakewalk for you. I know that we all wants to know whats going at ND but this should nt bother you much. Concentrate on your life and interview rest wil be done at its own.
Chill and relax

ok i will say, she doesnt want to travel/live/leave alone :) and her health is not good, she needs someone to take care of her. she was living with her old mother in canada and her mother had surgery for her leg so they would not be able to help each other. main reason is her mother was planning to visit us in India and take accompany my wife back to canada but she could not make it because of her health. so now we are planning to leave India together after i get my PR.
i think its enough, what do you think??

I will also say kind of same thing if I was asked, because my case is also similar. So how did you go to canada in TRV. How long you stayed there?
