i hope your interview has been waived but my ecas was also "application received and medical received" for more than 1 month, then got one more line
"interview has been scheduled for july 31"

ok maybe they have doubt because of her nationality (i mean you are Indian and she is Pakistani ???) but we cant say anything for sure
what about GCMS, it will be 30th day tomorrow for me?? called them many times but no reply

You say you will appeal against it. if still not approved, you will take them to court, if still not approved, move out of canada and settle in India.

I guess appeal is part of taking them to court. If still not then you would move out of Canada and settle in India.

ohh ... you should have submitted your GCMS application right after getting interview invitation. Some of the applicants received notes only in 2 weeks and i sent my application before 30 days and still waiting. if you dont get gcms before interview date, go through your application forms and check what could be major reason for interview and prepare well.

I had submitted the application in canada in October- 2011, then it was showing that application received. In december it started showing Decision made. Then we were requested to send passport, landing fees and other documents in Feb, 2012, we sent it. Then we did not hear anything from Delhi since last week. Now we have interview on 1st August.

Hi there,

Yes i have received my passport, and my interview is just in a few days. Yes my wife is here from Canada with me and we will be going together. We are not really worried as we know our relationship is genuine. Best of luck to everyone who has interviews in the upcoming months.
