In my interview, my wife also attend it with me. First she asked some general questions, Education, marriage, child, job, etc. Then she asked for the responsibilities as an IT Manager:
How many employees, what kind of servers in the company, whom do I report, what kind of internet/security/server policies implemented, how many employees under me, and what responsibilities I have assigned to them, what softwares I designed, what was the front-end what’s the back-end, etc.
She asked how will you find job there, have you search the internet or other source to see the job market there. I said NO but one or two times I just googled to check and I see many jobs there, and I'm very confident I will make my position there. I mentioned her that this thing is going to be happen 2nd time in my life, first when I moved to Dubai, I worked hard and today I’m very successful here. Then she said many people let their family stay in Canada and come back to UAE, what are you plans!!! I strictly denied to her and said, I believe in myself and will turn things into my favor, I’m going make Canada my home, from the starting of my marriage I keep my family with me and there is no possibility we get apart.
She asked my wife also regarding her job and responsibilities, even she only worked for two months as an Electrical Engineer.
In the end she said she is fully satisfied and also, give a compliment on speaking English
This whole session was about 40-45 minutes.

Keep Three copies of the letter you received for the interview, one will be taken at the reception, one you should show to the officer and keep one with you. I had only one which was taken at the reception and in front of officer’s computer screen she was expecting different documents.
By the way... I received passports stamped with visas yesterday afternoon.
