My medical was done in the first week of January 2010, and the interview was in March 2010... strange! isn't it? If there was any doubt in my application they never ask for Medical. Passport request I recieved in mid November, and it is with them right now. I hope I receive it with a Maple Leaf! :-)

Yes. But, interview was really technical, she asked all related to my work experience in a very friendly manner, and in the end she told me that she is fully satisfied and told me to ask anything about Canada. :)

They also pick names randomly. In my interview at Abu Dhabi the officer told me that they picked my name randomly and not to worry there is nothing wrong with the application.

Attach an explanation letter. In my case I did not submit my masters degree, only submitted each semister transcripts and the final combined marksheets.
