I have seen your notes.

To me it looks there is nothing in there except your initial assessment at CIO stage which you have passed. But nothing has been done so far at visa office stage. All your codes are currently 0 like BDEC (Security), PSDEC (paper screening) , SELDEC (selection) and also SEC CRIM (criminality) and medicals are empty too. Your case has not gone into in process so nothing has started like paper screening or eligibility (points scored) and till yet security or criminality have not passed and medicals not started.

You requested original documents to be returned which were returned on 29-11-2011 by staff member LJF. At this time your file was sent to PCL (a staff member) on 30-11-2011 for micro filming. Microlocator is the cell where our files get micro filmed if they are needed in future. Until the time any other big action is taken this line would stay on each page (PAPER FILE SENT TO PPS FILE BFD TO: PCL ON 30-11-2011 MICROLOCATOR)

Do you have any more pages? How many pages you got?

That's what I am worried about. If I havent even passed the initial stages yet. And it's been more than 2 years now. And then suddenly yesterday I checked and my E-cas status changed to 'Decision Made' with another line added inside it. I don't get it. There are 8 pages in total with the rest being unfilled which show about the medical and visas and stuff.
As far as my case is required, it's pretty strong. And I know it. My mom is the principle applicant and like there is not much there to get a refusal about. I mean she is MSc. in Psychology, she scored a perfect 16/16 in IELTS. We've got a clean record. She has got more than 12 years of experience.
And still if they just send the refusal letter and refund our money, then that means we can't even challenge them.

We requested ONLY my dad's experience certificates because he was going for a promotion. We only asked for his documents and they said that we'll have to send them back via International Signed Mail. We agreed. But then after a week they said we don't require the documents. We have all the files we need to assess your case (i.e the Police Certificates, the Forms, IELTS band etc.)

guyz, I have this guy's caips copy which he sent me yesterday in good faith. I have gone thru the entire caips
n to my amazement there is not even a single comment by the VO.

What i suggested him yesterday, is to wait to hear formally from the CIC.
adding to this: the points tally shows nothing;

so lets wait for sometime before jumping to any conclusions.

Hi!

Well I am sorry to hear that. It could be or couldn't be rejection. Just wait for any official confirmation. Do you know what is the date they extracted CAIPS? As decision made is only recently so CAIPS must have had extracted on older date. Nowadays rejections are coming because of duties mismatch even if you score 67 or more. Just make sure your mom mentioned correct job duties on her experience letter matching to those on HRSDC website and she does score 67 or more and awarded correct points for her qualification.
