Intent to Sponsor form Parent and Grandparent

Hi. In the Intent to Sponsor to open on Jan 28, we will be asked the following questions :
" -the number of family members in your family unit

• - the total number of persons you want to sponsor, including their dependants (spouse, partner and children)"

I want to sponsor my mother (no dependents) and I have a husband and 2 minor children. Will my answer in the first question be 4 or will it be 5 to include my mother? I am confused as to whether "family unit" should already include the parent to be sponsored. Thanks a lot for your assistance.

It shd be 5 (4+1)

Thanks guys for the clarification. I was just thinking at first that " family unit" might be referring to just the nuclear family because why is it that the form would still have to ask a separate question on the number of persons to be sponsored.
