Hi,

I sent my application on 2 January, but we lost the paper for tracking. There is a way to confirm they have received my application??
I tryed call on immigration (888 242-2100), but, to follow my application it asks my application number but I don’t have it yet!
Thanks!

If you have the application number then it means you have got AOR!!! I believe.
As far as I know, when you get AOR then you will be given a number. This is an issue that I have which I have sent the application with a signature request through Canada post, but there was nobody for signing. Canada post says it was delivered by a large delivery room. So, even I have the tracking number I do not know if is was received by right address.

Hey,
You need to do it differently.
I'll see if i can find what numbers you need to choose, otherwise you gonna make the samesmistake and got deterred from checking your application. FYI, don't give up if it won't let you to wait (and tell you bye bye) as there are so many people on the line, I've waited in a queue for 35 minutes to talk to an agent.

Hey, I have a question for you regarding returned apps. How long did it take for yours to get returned to you last time?
becouse of we Miss the signature of IMM5669 back ground check , Little confusing they mentioned on IMM 5669 "type your name " but some where they mentioned signature also . Then application return they clearly mentioned on small yellow sticky labels please do the signature . almost two months lost . Than I updated new forms as well both forms together i send with covering letter . I paid extra bio-metric fee also . hopefully wok out this time .My wife too much worried

So people from the end of Dec / beginning of Jan are getting AOR now? Mine was received 31st Jan, does that mean i have another 4 weeks of potentially not getting AOR?

My IEC expires April 2nd, so literally as i should be getting AOR OR my app returned based on these timelines, i cut it so close! Anyone else a great big bag of nerves??

Yes please. That would great to have phone contact if there is any.
Phone number as usual 18882422100
Listen to the usual prologue after it finishes and tell you to choose you press:
2->1->1->0
Best of luck, don't forget, many times it won't let you go through and tell you there are lots of call and throw you out of the system, wait five -ten minutes and do it again.
It'll take you a while and be ready also to wait to the agent itself, but they are very very very nice.
Best of luck

mine also same I miss the signature ,what was your issue?
I had a child that is an adult but still had to be treated as a dependent even though she lives on her own..... They changed the policy right before I filled the first time so it got sent back. Now this time, it's still there, crossing my fingers and praying, and we updated all of her information lol.

yes, at the moment it seems like 60 days is average for recieving AOR. However, they can spead up the process at any point. Remember December and January were not only full of holidays but the months where they get a lot of applications.
