WE GOT ISSUED A INADMISABILTY NOTICE AT THE INTERVIEW, BUT THE OFFICER SAID CBSA WILL WE CONTACTNG US IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS/MONTHS, WE HAVE NO AOR AND DO NOT WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW

I would rather leave the country myself and apply OUTLAND than wait for CBSA. Or at least, go and get a deal with them. Most likely they will issue an order to leave or deport. Thats what CBSA does.

Yep we got a exclusion order, however their will be a follow up interview for removal. we are hoping the officer we get is nice and can defer the removal pending outcome of our inland spousal sponsorship.

I am sitting at Dec 7. No AOR yet. Hopefully soon. I just got two automated emails on my email Id. Nothing else.

Wondering when it’s possible to link application on myCIC account? Is it before or after AOR receipt?

Sent inland sponsorship ..............December 6th 2018.
Received by Mississauga Immigration Office ...........December 11 2018.
AOR.....................................................................WAITING
CBSA interview for spouse..................January 8 2019 = Exclusion order
CBSA second interview for spouse....January 28 2019. = PRRA option

The result of January 8th meeting was a exclusion order, and the result of second interview was we where offered PRRA option.

We will be send in out PRRA application hoping it will buy us at least 6 moths or more. So our inland application at least gets some momentum.

We have 15 days from January 28 to apply for the PRRA.

If you have a open work visa that’s a legal status then why IRCC Ordered exclusion?
