My application was returned for not having PA applicants sons birth certificate, he's not even in applying for PR. He's not even in canada. They returned it for that reason.
Is PA's son under 22 years old? If so his son can be non-accompanying in the sponsorship application. But his son will still needs to go through medical, police and background check (if very young, there is no police certificate/background needed) .

He's turning 18 this December, but the problem is he doesn't have his birth certificate, he tried to get one ,they won't issue him one cause he's not listed as a father and his son doesn't have his last name, plus pending paternity test from the court since 2010. He doesn't have anything to show the immigration that's his son.

I see. So it's a bit complicated. Good luck with your application.

Does your spouse still have contact with his son's birth mother (assuming that's where his son is with)? See that there is still pending paternity test from court, this may not be easy.

Thank you, no he's not in contact with neither if them he doesn't even know where they live, he is estranged from his son since he was a baby..and the mother refuses to take paternity test. So nothing in our control.
I wrote a letter of explanation and attached the letter I got from the birth certificate place.

Hello All

I applied for my inland spouse sponsorship on 12 April and today saw Delete option under Action column. Earlier it was just view. However, these buttons are not functional. Does that mean something ? I have not yet received my AOR.

Thank you all.

It is their latest update. it is a good update as I have multiple applications and before you can't delete unsubmitted applications (trial or test).
