RECEIVED 2nd portal email today. I did not receive a new portal login in. Was asked to login intonthe PR portal with my existing login information. Updated I was in Canada, confirmed my address and uploaded my photo with an hour.

As far as I know they will ask you to use the same portal account. They only sent log in credentials when you do not have an account in the portal.

Finally received my ecopr today January 10th.
Same day I received study permit Approval. Wasted $150
However, my photo was rejected even though it's the same digital picture I used for my PR application. Not sure if it's because it came out as black and white after i submitted it o. The portal. Did anyone have the same problem?
