But whose files that's the question? As many from q1 and Q2 of 2020 like me are lingering around. IRCC should have an order of processing and the transparency.

Well you have my sympathy but there's not much I can do about that, I can only tell you about the processing time to receive GCMS notes. I should add to my previous comment that the notes were requested from IRCC.

In my observation, outlanders are getting PPRs and many inlanders are still waiting. Look like overseas VOs are actively working while lazy asses in Canada are enjoying holiday season ??? :D

Hi,
I first time got notes from IRCC through the local MP and the status of the file as of Nov 15, 2021 is:

rec. May 30, 2020
- at local office in Halifax
- eligibility under review - no further notes
- security not started
- criminality in progress
- medicals passed but expired - granted reassessment on July 22.
Does anyone know if they have passed my medicals or I should expect remeds?
Also, eligibility under review means its started or its just a generic status just like GC key?
As per my gcms notes from August 5, 2021 my eligibility was not started.
@legalfalcon your insight will be valuable.
Thanks

The medical status is available on your myCIC account as well as in your GCMS notes.

The eligibility will show under review until your application is approved and a COPR is generated. See the notes in the last 3-5 pages of your GCMS notes for details on your eligibility. see https://bit.ly/3qLcCPt

What a useless reply from the MP.
“Eligibility under review” sounds like application is in progress. Zero useful information.

I applied Jun 22 and got them July 26. Then I applied again Aug 30 and got them Sep 28. I applied Oct 1 and did not get anything yet... well hopefully they reassigned some ATIP officers to process applications instead.
Did you get a message from them about an extension for your Oct 1 notes?

I got nothing at all.

For this who are going through painful uncertainty of waiting don't loose hope i believe IRCC are now working on backlogs from last year. I hope everyone gets their PR. It's true that the longer you have to wait for something, the more you will appreciate it when it finally arrives.

Nice 12 months turnaround, not too bad! Given the context
