I started the mandamus process 7 months ago. They say that a court ruling is still 6+ months away. By that time I will have given up on Canada anyway.

PoF should be very simple. Your employment letter, pay stubs, tax filings etc, or any other similar document can go towards meeting the PoF.

Thank you very much for your reply legalfalcon. I already submitted Proof of Funds and letter of employment. After that they requested my CV which I submited in December. Now I am waiting again!

Hi Everyone I have good news Elhamdillullah (Thank God) my PR is approved finally. 22 months of wait time finally came to end. Just hang in there and be patient. You will get your PRs soon. I wish everyone the best of luck with receiving your PRs soon in case there is anybody left besides me here hahaha.
