Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I checked up this forum every day and found out that FSW and PNP applicants are getting PPR, it is so sad that I don't see any movement on CEC Inland..

My timeline is :

App submitted: 23th March 2016
Medicals Passed: 8th April 2016
BG Changed to In progress: 8th April 2016

Since April 8th, BG hasn't changed to NOT NEEDED.....CEC inland applicants are also important...I don't get it..

Don't think anyone does! We're now over 4 months since submitting our application and no movement since January. Was hoping to recieve PPR by the end of April/beginning of May but that's looking unlikely now :'(

That's why I don't get it, why CIC slow CEC applicants?????

Hi, be thankful you are CEC applicants, we FSW (Inland) applicants are at the back of the queue.

The processing priority appears to be:

1) FSW (Outland)
2) PNP
3) CEC
4) FSW (Inland)

Because CEC, FSW (Inland) and PNP applicants are all processed by Ottawa. PNP applicants have a major advantage as the Province has done the extensive background check already.

Hence IRCC has relatively little processing work for them, then comes CEC as they have less stringent requirements.

Because of the workload they transfer most of the files to local VO so not sure why it still takes too much time to process.

It's kind of weird situation that only one or two out of CEC inlanders are getting PPR once in two weeks. I'm just afraid that if this trend continues then our application for sure will go beyond six months unless we are very lucky.

Let's hope for the next week now

Inland FSW and CEC are indeed slower. It's likely because Ottawa office has high income volume to deal with. In addition, CIC has more Canadian-related background check work to do for inland applicants.

oh no...

Inland CEC here slowly preparing all documents before e-APR ???

Hope they can change this soon...

Maybe other CEC inlanders getting their PPR simply didn't report no this forum :)

They should hire more staff to deal with the high intake of inland applications....

Just posting my timeline here, as i dont think we have enough topics for CEC Inlands in this forum.

I got my ITA on April 6th,
Submitted my ePR on May 4th
Got my AOR same day May 4th.

Review of eligibility is in progress
Rest of the things are at- NOT needed at this time. Hopefully they will do Medical Review soon.

good luck all.
