Mine is AOR SEPT 15, 2020, no update since nov 06,2020(eligibility passed), criminality still in progress and security has nt started yet.

They are working on aug-oct files but no one knows who get it first . Probably depends on officers workload

【UPDATE】 They reply me and I got my portal account.
I submitted my photo and address. Now is waiting for eCOPR.

New Update! Just received my eCOPR! Now am waiting for my real PR Card (Linked to my IRCC online account).

No worry, one of my friend just got her portal email couple days ago, shes also paper base PNP.
Her application was submitted around DEC 2018. So like total 2 and half years..

Medical in October 2019 and biometrics were done before, didn't get a request. they are already updated in file.

I will, it's still processing, according to Portal website:
"Once we review and accept the photo you submit, it will show this in the portal and you should get your PR card within one week. "
