Hey I'm in the same situation, Let me know if you figure it out
I contacted IRCC and agent told me to submit the marriage certificate through the web form and that will be it. I have just submitted and uploaded the document. Now waiting for their reply...

Lol.. You don't have to think of "protest" if there was no covid. Things have been normal and we would have all got our PR's on time.. :)
Before Covid, people are so much more frustrated even when their application crossed 6 months. But now we see people waiting for a year without being unhappy....

Why it take such a long time even after all pass?????!!!!!!! It's so frustrating.

I have no idea, mine was stuck for so long. But I think it was because I had everything passed just before Christmas and then the offices shut so I think it just got misplaced for a little while

Anyone here who’s file stuck at etobicoke office and nothing is passed?
Me, stuck since feb 2020, no movement at all. Juz hung up the call with IRCC agent and file is still in the same s***. It been 15 months i think they are illiterate, they would have given the decision by now if they would have worked on it but they don’t have time or they are getting covid every minute since 15 months

Aor feb 2020, EE PNP inland, Etobicoke VO, no progress since submission.

guys please start name shaming on social media and tag media channels too

I know from others that Etobicoke VO is currently close due to Ontario lock down, most officers are working home atm.

My primary office is Etobicoke and secondary one is Centralized intake office

Do you know which one is responsible for what?
I actually don't know man, my first VO is CIO, and my VO second is Ottawa.
But I think if they need to process some steps in their office for security reasons, that might be the reason they are holding some cases.
