I'm Permanent resident living in Canada, I would like to sponsor my wife to move to Canada in July 2018. She's now in USA.
Would it be better for her to apply now for Outland application hoping she doesn't have problem entering Canada in July, 2018?
Or wait till she comes to Canada in July to visit and then apply an inland application?
The other thing that i'm concerning about is that she planning to visit US after moving to Canada by 5 month. Would she has any problem re-entering Canada?
Would her travel outside Canada has any impact on the sponsorship application?
