ICT means intra-company transfer. For this also, CIC issues closed Work Permit. When you mean no LMIA, then you should be belonging to ICT category wp.

Or on working holiday visa. And for that case WP extension is not possible, and thus no implied status.

Hi everybody ,i need some opinions....so in the letter what i got from CIC 2 days ago they said.: " In order to make a decision please pay RPRF fee and provide one another document...within 7 days..." That means ones i will upload the receipt and this doc. i'm done? they will take a decision? or it's possible to get another request later? ??? ??? ::) ::)

Hi

I believe RCMP is Canadian PCC. Go thru the following link : http://www.rcmp.gc.ca/en/criminal-record-and-vulnerable-sector-checks

There is always a risk of getting a reject at every step. Just submit the required docs and you should be fine. Good Luck !

Hello everyone.
I got my AOR on 4th aug.
medical passed and ecas shows 4 lines.
My concern is that my back ground check says not started.

Is there anyone with similar timeline who has background check in progress?
Please reply

You are inland. Right. My Bg check was not started more than 4 months which is not common for inland applicant. See my timeline, Have you submitted all your PCC upon submission?

is anyone updating the spreadsheet currently?

I am doing it. Let me know if you need access.

@ Jamason: Can you add my details, please? Thanks

ITA: June 12
AOR: Aug 5
Medical Received:Aug 5
Application received:Aug 15
Ecas: 4 Lines

Inland FSW
NOC: 0124

thank you for the great work and assistance @Jamason...

my busy schedule at work doesn't let me keep a tab on the discussion on daily basis therefore i would probably not be a very responsible person for that task...

however, an updated spreadsheet is very informative and kinda sums up the activity on applications therefore after wifedoctor got her PPR i was wondering if anyone still had it going and updated...

thank you once again for taking that responsibility...
