Just wondering if anyone else heard about the news that they pushed back the 25000 plan. They said they still want to bring in 25000 refugees but not necessarily by the end of the year. I'm specifically referring to the interview Trudeau had with CBC a few days ago, in which he talks about this at the very beginning. I'll put the link down here.

Any thought? Does this mean we should except faster turnaround now? or does it mean that we won't necessarily hear back even after new years? I'm personally hoping for the best!

Trudeau plan is to bring in 10000 refugees by the end of 2015 and 15000 by end of feb 2016.

Approximately 500 officials, including temporary visa officers, are being deployed to staff offices abroad . So definitely some FSW officials must have gone

MyCIC updated day before yesterday.. application closed and approved. Still waiting for return tracker to be activated but hopefully will be getting it by this week

AOR: 5th May
RRSP + Schedule A: 21st Aug
PPR: 12th Nov
passport sent: 18th Nov
MyCiC updated: 28th Nov

When I try access ECA with the Application Number, it can't find it, but when I try with client ID, the application shows up.
For you guys, who can't access ECA, try with client ID

I tried both client id and application number. Both of them doesn't work. When I login with application number, it says "We were not able to identify you" while for the client ID, I can access to my ECAS online service but my EE application is just simply removed.

Don't worry it happened to every one. Few got early restore and few are getting it now, u ll get it soon

i have same issue no ecas access.

dukhi already got a ghost email last week still no update. so you can imagine what they are processing. they are doing nothing.....

that is too much. you are on the verge of 6 months now.

for me its 4 months 11 days..... still i feel its too late according to previous months timeline.....
