Inland appliction confusion, student visa

I have a lot of confusion right now before we submit our application on December 14, 2015.

here are the question I want to ask.

1. I am an international student and my visa will expires in 2017, If we submit our application on December, I will receive my OWP most probably on February right?
2. I will submit our text messages and facebook message logs, but the problem is that it is not in English. Do we need to translate the facebok chat and text messages?
3. If my OWP will come on February, is it okay to stop studying for the second sem and wait for the OWP to come instead? because my second semester will start on January, and the paying of fees will start on January as well. so I don't want to pay a huge amount of money to pay my fees in school

2. Yes - you need to translate them if not in English or French.

Thank you scyla. So do I need to submit a separate apliction for OWP or the OWP forms are in the package already?
Many people here told me tht I don't need to translate the facebook messages? how come?

Can you explain how your OWP will affect registration or fees of your second semester? It will allow you to find work. But I don't think it will affect your school since you will still have your student visa in 2017.

Oh. I just read your other post. With inland application, you are looking into dropping school and work for 2+ year before you get your PR.

yes or I am actually planning to go to outland sponsorship is just that I will take part time schooling only so that I would not pay like $7000 for the school. What do you think? the prons is I can't work durng my studies because I will be part time.
