how long does it normally take to receive the landing notice after DM? Its been almost a month and I still havent heard anything.. ???

Today 16 months is up - will wait a couple of weeks for system to reflect medicals and then call CIC

Did you do upfront medicals? Did they expired in between and you have to redo them?

how long it takes for medical to pass? I submitted mine on Saturday Nov 27 and MyCIC showed 'review in progress' on the same day

I¨was thinking I was the only one with thoughts like that. Want to be happy for those who have landing and DMs but waiting process is just getting worse for me

 A valid passport, identity or travel document; if you were previously advised that you are exempt from the travel

 Two photographs of yourself and for each person in your family that is being processed for permanent residence
inside Canada. Please show the specifications on the reverse to the photographer.
 Temporary Resident document issued by CIC (Work Permit, Student Permit, Visitor Record)
 Proof of Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee
 If you are subject to and have not yet paid the Right of Permanent Residence Fee of $490.00, you must
do so prior to your interview by making an online payment on our website at:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/inFORMation/fees/index.asp
 If you were processed under the Convention Refugee category you are exempt from paying this fee.
 We no longer process payments in the office. Please do not make duplicate payments.

Nothing is updated on mycic or ecas. I've got SA last week but didn't got DM letter,AIP .. so i'm kinda panicking.

There's always risk that he might be denied entry back into Canada for whatever reason and if he's refused entry , then his application will be deemed abandoned.It depends on CBSA officer...
If you got your AIP and SA then maybe you should wait for landing interview.I just got mine today ,week after we got SA.
