I got that email march 13 and today i just got invitation for landing interview email. So one month you should get it.

but in my application status it show the mail already send since on the 5, April 2016. Do you think the mail it might get lose?

Hi everyone,

I have a few questions for my landing interview at etobicoke next week with my husbansd(sponsor). We are married for almost 2 years with 1 child. I filed my application in november 2014. Here are my questions:

1. What questions would be asked?
2. What to do/not do at the interview?
3. Important question: i left canada for 5 days in Feb 2016 during my pr application for family urgency but i was able to come back because i am holding a study permit which will start in June 2016. If the officer ask about whether i have left the country during the process, what should i say? Will it affect the final decision?

Honestly you don't need any preparation. Just make sure you have all the documents asked for as stated on the landing letter. They'll most likely ask if you've ever been convicted of any crime, whether you have another child outside of Canada. And let you sponsor know he is responsible for you for the next 3 years. I landed there last Friday, the landing itself takes less than 7mins but if you have to wait for your turn like me it takes longer. Be there on time.

I'm in the same boat as you got SA/AIP February 23rd 2016 and also a PCC request CIC received it on March 16th 2016 deadline was March 24th 2016 called the call centre to confirm they received it which they have but still yet to here back from them. Oct 28 2014 applicant btw

No, I didn't see it on ECAS the call cEnter agent told me they had received it and that they don't actually post that on ECAS. I am hopeful that we should get DM before the end of the month. **fingers crossed**

He was obligated to be truthful in his application. Failing to list the son/daughter in the application, intentionally, could be grounds for misrepresentation.

At the very least, he should have listed the person on the Additional Family Information form (IMM 5406), even if that person has no interest in ever coming to Canada.

Just checked ecas and it says DM!!!
If you click on it nothing has changed, but awaiting to see if the hubby has heard anything yet.

They received my application in July of 2014, and I haven't even gotten a SA or anything yet...

I am a August 8th 2014 applicant my wife got SA on March 24th and I got DM on March 31st with my landing interview set for April 19th. wish you the best of luck. hope you hear some good news soon. have you tried ordering your GCMS notes?

order them you just never know. I hope you hear some good news soon because I know you must feel awful seeing people up to as far as March 2015 hearing news and you are still waiting because that's how I felt when it was happening to me.
