If u r not able to renew ur student pass then better u apply for visitor pass ...I strongly advise u to keep ur visa status valid till ur PR application under process ...Good luck
 
1.Like my visa is expiring on 30 september, so how many months before i shoukd have to send new application for new visa.. anyone have idea?
2. At the time of sending my sponsorship application my wife was not working but now she start working. Should i have to inform cic about her job and how?
3. After some month im gonna move on another place im not changing city but my adress, how i can change my adress if i dont get aor?
Plz guy reply my question if anyone know abt that.

1. You have to apply an extension 30 days before your visa expires.
2. You can send new information in CPC-M about the your spouse new job please quote your file number, and UCI number)
3. You can change your address by contacting the call Center
When did u send your application?

i sent my app in february 3.
i didnt get my aor yet, so i dnt knw what is my uci number or file number.

Call CIC next month and ask your UCI number and File Number.

i will call for sure. Its very complicated cant work nd short time of visa.. i think outland is bit easier than inland, whatever its all about our luck.

While the CIC website states this, the regulations state only that CIC must have received your application prior to expiration of your existing status document.

Thats realy a good article. But i saw in one case, my friend he married a girl after a week when he got his deportation order. He was refugee living from last 14 years in canada. The girl he married she was devorcee nd she have child. He got his aor after 20 days and in 10 january he recieve his letter for quebec selection certificate nd now he have open work permit. He sent his app in october 2013. The thing made his case strong was they were in relationship before 8 years and they applied once for sponsorship in common law before 7 years and they have photographs and all proofs since last 8 years. Just in two months he got his PR status.
