Don't they request your passport after the landing appointment? Or do they stamp it with a special stamp? Also how come it doesn't say on my ECAS 'interview waived' ?

CIC still need your valid passport at the landing interview. They need to stamp your passport with landing date in it. After the interview is completed, COPR is stamped and signed, you are officially PR. They wont need your passport any further until you apply for citizenship.

I got SA today and my wife got a letter requesting the following documents:

1. marriage certificate
2. police certificate
3. proof of relationship

Funny thing is we sent these documents with the application.

If your SA/AIP was received by email then most likely that will be how you receive your landing interview.
