Oh man I hope you ARE psychic - 4 months would be a miracle!!! My husband was a failed refugee and he is from Haiti - there was a moratorium on removals to Haiti for years and so he has been able to work non-stop because of those things... we have been lucky that way - although I am terrified he will get removed before this process is over. Sounds like you have an awesome year ahead - enjoy... and may you please be psychic .bankerguy said:You're not that far out...I have a feeling that they're going to be under a lot of pressure to power through 2013 really quick.. someone from Sept 30th got AIP so lets say it takes 2 months to get AIP stage processign done for 2013... then, if you assume they process a months worth of apps in a month then you're looking at another 1.5 months until they get to you.
...sooo maybe you'll hear something in 4 months?? not to bad...
do you / did you qualify for the OWP under the pilot program?
and yes... we have 3 vacations planned this year already. Tokyo for two weeks in June. Cancun for a week in September and Vegas for 4 days in November ^.^
No vacays for almost 2 years..so we have to make up for lost time haha
I'm the same... Even though I don't post very much I'm still looking at this forum regularly every day. It just feels like routine and it makes me happy to see movement even though my SO is landing next week! hahabankerguy said:CIC is moving quite fast!!
I'm happy for everyone still waiting for AIP / DM
Even though i'm almost finished with this whole process.... i will keep reading these forums, i'm addicted to it haha. Weird eh?
Congratulations!! Im Sep 24 too. Cant wait to see same emails!mapleleaf1022 said:Hello everyone! Sep 24 applicant here.

Class you submitted to this office on behalf of xxxxxxxxxx.
You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. The Application for Permanent Residence

One for me:
"This refers to the Application for Permanent Residence you made under the Spouse or Common-Law
Partner in Canada Class.
It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent residence as
a member of the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class. Please note that a final decision
will not be made until all remaining requirements for becoming a permanent resident have been met...
In order to continue processing your application, further information is required. You must complete/submit the following to this office:
