I am already at 15 months and if you look at the dates posted by CIC, they have always aligned with the spreadsheet. They are a bit outdated at the moment (Dec 17, 2014), but they say they are working on files received August 28, 2013 and that matches perfectly with our spreadsheet.

Here is what my MPs Office has to say about the pilot project: "I just spoke with my CIC contact. She said the project is only in talks right now, there’s no concrete date when this project will be launched for submission."
