Still waiting for the article in the Toronto Star......lots of waiting just like everything else related to CIC......lol :

Can't wait to hear what their "reason" is for the loooooong wait and slow down since the transfer to CPC-M.

And HOPE *fingers crossed* that the media attention and focus will speed things up….

what i thinking is ... maybe CIC don't want toronto star to report so they wanna show what we saying is not true so they try to speed up to show us really progressing . but good thing is start to show some aip/dm now ... lol...

I will accept it in whatever form it comes to get us our AIPs and DMs a little bit quicker.

Don’t know if it’s coincidence or not that once the Toronto Star started talking to them the AIPs and DMs started rolling in…..but regardless I am happy with ANY and ALL progress.

Every AIP and DM is one step closer for us all!!!

I just called cic to check if they replied to the email helpline sent to cpc-m.

So the agent told me they replied back saying theyre doing additional research on my file. Should hear something in a week or two.

I really really hope this is not something bad

They USUALLY transfer files to local offices a while before the processing date right?
