Its 45 days since received AIP.. no DM yet... I was checking spreadsheet some ppl got DM very soon after AIP... cant wait any more

Its 39 days since applied for OWP... no OWP yet..

I am trying to file my 2012 returns (despite only being in Canada from Oct 2012) and was wondering if anyone has the same experience. Which form should I be using? The non-resident form or the normal provincial tax form?

Tuesdayc ... r u sure we need to do this ?? we r on visitor visa only right and we r not working also .. so how u gonna filed taxes ..may be ur wife can include u in her tax but i am not very sure about that ..u can check with senior ..

Not to worried Kaira1 ... According to My opinion and in This Forum some people got their DM With in 15 to 50 days but their got some people those still waiting from past 2 to 3 months ...CIC never gonna believe on ur PCC and they always wanna make sure every thing u send to them is real and true and that's why they always Double check and its depend on ur home town Authority how fast they verified ur criminal history and record to CIC WHEN CIC ASK THEM TO DOUBLE CHECK AGAIN .....Be positive ..stay relax and calm .. :-* :-* :-*

Guys I'm going crazy.... i I'm falling into depression.... I've been holding on for so long.... even thou my husband is waiting for his PR I'm the one going crazy....

So sorry to read your words rifat. I can see your frustration and it is completely understandable, this immigration process is not far at all.
It really plays a lot with our mind and confidence and it is hard to live day by day waiting for something.
But keep strong!! For you, your partner and your babies. Maybe try to get some activity outside or to reach some community center maybe there will be something that you can there.
Don't forget it will finish even it looks so distant some times. Be strong girl!!

Yes, apparently we do need to file taxes. Haha! I have decided to just write a letter to CRA to update entry date (2012), and file when they tell me to for 2012.

But for 2013, going to file with the hubby. Just so that my personal amounts can be transferred to him. More refunds! Yeah!
