Egads. Just got off the phone with CIC. I was trying to find out if we had AIP since they have have asked for medical. Turns out we DON'T have AIP yet. The guy on the phone agreed that normally that wouldn't be the way it worked. And he also said that we are definitely past the time that it should have taken to get AIP. So, he's going to send an email.
I am very frustrated right now. I'm glad I called though, because who knows how much longer we would have had to wait to know anything.
But, seriously. We have to call to get things moving? That's just not on.
The good news is that they say they have received all of the documentation I've recently sent in.
