Question: What is the average time to get a letter from landing office?

Where is you landing office ? Cause it depends on what CIC office you are close to on the time you have to wait to get your landing appointment letter i believe. Some offices are busier than others

Yup I hope u get ur DM soon too...
my Landing office is Hamilton.. Yup as per DM letter they said your application process is completed and The Canada Immigration Centre in Hamilton will contact you concerning your permanent resident status.
Then they told us to pay $490.00

I'm not sure on the Hamilton offices timeline maybe some of the senior members would know I'm sure there is a thread for that somewhere on this forum.

We received your application for permanent residence on March 15, 2013.

We started processing your application on March 6, 2014.

Medical results have been received.


This is my timeline on ECAS. I got my AIP on March 6th 2014 and my work permit extension in the mail a few days later. My medicals were received a couple of days ago.

I know I'm close, but whats the next stage? Will I receive a landing date next? And how long should I expect to wait. Im a UK citizen living in Toronto.

HUGE congrats to all those receiving DM!!! I can only imagine the feeling Vegreville office is BOOMIN! unbelievably quick with the DM'S! ....I only wish I could say the same for Mississauga! : I truly hope for a move tomorrow, but with no one on the forum hearing anything in regards to AIP, my optimism is dwindling away slowly ... hope someone has been hearing... somewhere out there LOL here's to positive thoughts! ???

Nothing yet, I think we will get it next week. I know couple of people who landed on 15 Feb. got their cards this week.

Congrats!!! It always a wonderful feeling to see good news! As for me, I'm suppose to land in Etobicoke. Still waiting for my landing letter though. I'll let you guys know as soon as I get it, so you have an idea on how long it takes on average for those of you who got DM after February.
