Hello everyone just dropping by to say congrats to everyone and those waiting ur turn will come soon. I haven't been in the forum lately as I am experiencing a very difficult time in my life. My dad passed away unexpectedly 2 weeks ago and to make matters worse I could not attend and to make matters worse my own uncle is trying to have my dad's things taken away from me.....my world is in so much turmoil right now. I also mailed Vegreville the package they requested and it finally arrived today. I feel so paranoid that I did something wrong again ugh ??? Please keep me and my family in your prayers

Who must complete this form?
This form must be completed and signed by the sponsor and common-law partner, only if the latter is a co-signer on the application
I am not sure if I ,the sponsored, need to sign it.

Very sorry to hear that but you can still leave the country on extreme circumstances such as this one, people have explained their situation when coming back into Canada and they have always been fine with it...

I am so sorry to hear about that. All I can offer you is my prayers for you and your family. These are the times when you need to stay strong. I have been through hell in this life but time will heal everything slowly. So until then, please stay strong for you and your departed ones. Keep them in your efforts. Hi alexandre. I dont think they put that police clearance received on ecas. Only my medical results received is showing up. So you are fine.

I have one question concerning about the Police Clearance and Ecas. Does it show in the Ecas if they receive my Police clearance?
I submitted it with the application but now I see only that they received the medical exam result on Ecas. Please help me and thanks you...

Hi, if you look at the applicant's ecas (not the sponsor's) click the link (application received ), then it should show up.

Oh Minime, I am so terribly sorry for your loss. This is unthinkable - right in the middle of one of the greatest patience testing points of your life that you must deal with something so unexpected. I know it may mean little to you as you don't know many of us past a username and a few messages here and there, but please know that we do care for you and will be praying for you during this time. I know how you feel about the situation with your uncle as I myself am going through a similar experience though the individual who owns the items is still alive but in rapidly failing health. If you need someone to talk to, please feel free to send me a private message. I know it's not much, but it helps to sometimes talk to someone.

We are all pulling for you Minime, you are strong, you can get through this.

Very sorry to hear that... But my friend had no problem entering back to CA during her PR process as a spouse though. She is from visa exempt contry, was on her visitor's status. She had to visit her country to get some kind of surgery done. She came back after 2month with her husband(he went there a week before to take her back with him). They explained the situation to immigrant officer at the airport, he let her in with visitor's status again. After all, immigrant officers are all human, if you are going through such a hardship like that immigrant barrier should not stop you to visit your country.
