Omg omg!! I got it just like 15 min ago I got the email finally!! I'm sooo happy want to cry or laugh or both!!! And I'm a work can't hug my lovey yet and celebrate!! DM has been issues Vancouver office will contact me, same email letter like somebody posted here I believe 2 days ago.

Meow meow, wolanila and somebody else almost timeline like mine you guys are next or prob today too, check your email.

That was also my thought, just not sure if the officers still have the choice when and email is provided. I don't generally trust anything CIC call center tells me. I wonder if RR VDB provided there email?

I just read the inland sponsorship guide. For both sponsor and applicant's contact information there is a note saying "all correspondence will go to this address unless you indicate your email address."

So I will assume that those who continue to get snail mail instead of email are those who didn't provide email address.

Hahaha that's awesome!! Now is meow meow and gifst turn they have the same AIP date as me, wolanila as a sponsor did you get an email as well? I'm asking because my boyfriend the sponsor hasn't get an email, it was just send it to me.

we provided an email address and the agent told us on the phone AIP letter was emailed but we got it via snail mail.
Obviously you can't rely on the agent over the phone for any reliable info!

After geeting my DM yesterday, i just called CIC regarding my Landing date. Landing date will be in Fredericton office within 3-6 weeks. Will keep you posted as soon as i get the exact date!

Personally I think they should issue AIP through both emails and snail mail. The snail mail would be hardcopy original document to be used for health coverage application. Would make my wife's OHIP application soooo much easier. Had to apply to review board to get OHIP approval.

Great news. Did you call the CIC office in Frederiction or the 800 number?
