HMMMMM......THIS GETTING WAY TOO LONG......2 YEARS 1 MONTH AND STILL WAITING FOR THE SECOND STAGE AND I DONT KNOW WHY MY NON-ACCOMPANYING DEPENDANT IS HOLDING ON TO THIS PROCESS.....ALL THE CALL CENTER CAN SAY IS WE ARE WAITING FOR YOUR HOME VISA OFFICE AND EVERYTHING ON YOUR FILE IS OK...CALLS US AGAIN AND CHECK IN THE MIDDLE OF JANUARY 2013......LORD HAVE MERCY ..THIS IS KILLING ME

what really got me through it...i said it once, ill say it again

is ordering my FOSS notes every month. It got me to see what they were doing with my file, and the bring forward dates and little notes.

made me feel like my file wasnt just sitting on a desk in some office.

We requested FOSS note on friday and contacted MP today, let's see if it will make a difference.... In our case they have everything on hand to make a decision.... No dependants anywhere ... Very upset about that eternal process... We have been waiting almost 2 years ridiculous !!!!!

Hang in there it will come. Just a be patience. I was there. I was going nuts but I am landed immigrant now. patience! it's all worth it.
