what does bring-forward date mean??? is it the start of certain process????? (I'm new to the term and just would like to know

it a day int the month that your file will be under review again ( they will be looking at it again) hope that helps

Called again on friday and nothing new..Again getting the same answer ; everything is fine no missing info...you just have to be patient! But patience does not exist anymore....it's been more than 2 years of waiting...I really don't understand how they works,,,We want an answer !!!!!!

will u consider contacting ur MP? cos it seems ur processing time has already exceeded the normal average one...

(i dunno if this helps but seems others on the forum seek help from their MP and got it completed finally)

Thanks for your input... And yes we have contacted MP.. And he said that it is all normal... That we should hear something after christmas!! We are now after christmas and no news..... Upsetting !

I asked the agent what delay Vegreville has to review a file when there is a bring forward on a file.....she said : 4 months !!!!

She say that our bring forward date was nov 30....so the call center cannot do anything before March 30th....

crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyy...she said to call back then if we do not hear anything..before that they cannot do anything !

Makes me sick !!! It's seem that there is not one file that is processed the same way..

Same info I got surprisingly early december. The last BF was in August 2012 and in they told us in Decemebr bcs it is 4 months since they look back in the file, the agent on the phone will send a message to Vegreville to look the file.

Now our new BF date is early December 2012, so early April 2013 is the latest they could look back at the file. If not, then call them again and the agent will send a note to Vegreville to look in the file.

So indeed., there is a 4 months rule.

My patience is running....my BF date was January 25 and no new......in fact am tired of all these and cant understand whats is going on....call agent will tell you is normal and you are within the time frame......Only God knows when the process will be completed.lord help us...2 years plus and still counting :'( :'( :'( :'(

Oh Tozo...I so understand you...just don't know what to do anymore either! be patient that all....it can take up to 4 months after th BF date for them toreview your file...we are 2 months after BF of Nov 30th, and still nothing !

Our patience is running out...but we all have our hands thight..Just remember that you are not the only only if that can helps

I can't handle the pain of endless waiting anymore in Canada so I applied TRV last week to Ottowa, unless my case will be done in this month else I will leave for home for a while coz I haven't been back for almost 3 years and didn't expect the process would take so much long for me.. :'( :'( :'(

Hi I m a new member here
I send my sponsor ship file on may 2010 and call for interview may 2011, that interview
They ask for one of the document which I submit after the day of interview,
But it's 2013 I didn't get any result or update from CIC etobicoke.
I didn't get my AIP too.

My question to seniors members
- do u know why I didn't get AIP?
- how can I get the FOSS note? Which form should I fill up?

Please help me, m really frustrating with this kind of patience.
God knows when this CIC chapter will b done???

Please need some advise..
