Hey Everyone,

It's been a long year. I'm sorry but I haven't been to vocal on the forums but I have been reading and watching "the list". It's been such a reassurance during the process (I was even able to estimate when our application would be done within 4 days). I wanted to add some more information as our application just had a decision! We're so excited and are just waiting for the letters. (We jumped the gun and raced to the airport to figure out if we got our OWP, which we did!). Anyways, here's our ECAS:

We received your application for permanent residence on July 15, 2011.
We started processing your application on August 3, 2011.
Medical results have been received. (Sent well before sending the application - but didn't show up till the decision)
We received the requested information on December 29, 2011. Thank you for providing the information.
A decision has been made and you will be contacted.
We sent you a letter on May 31, 2012 about the decision on your application.

In our case they required that during his current volunteering we wrote from the start date till present, and we wrote start date till dates of application... Ugh.

Anyways, I hope this helps. I'll let you know when the next stages are complete. For those that are waiting in the process at the moment. It's a pain in the butt, but it will happen. And don't worry about the website estimated times. I think someone at Immigration Canada is sleeping.

Finally, half of July applicants have been done, congrats to your AIP and DM, kamiro. Even though I see more applications have been in process, I'm still so disappointed with CIC timeline, no update since Apr 30, that's ridiculous .

I got my Health Card finally. Phew!!!

My police clearance has been sent by April end and waiting on to be attached with the documents. I wonder who else is waiting on 2nd stage approval other than me?

Wow, we are in the same situation! And I also got my Health Card today!! Yes, I am waiting for the 2nd stage, they asked me to redo my medicals (very upsetting because I saw people here whose medical was expired even more than mine was, but they got AIP and DM together). It's such a long wait. Do you know your BFD? Mine will be at the end of June.

I sent my police clearance & had my meds. done in April too. Still waiting on 2nd stage approval. Hopefully will received good news soon.

hello guys!!!i just wondering right now cause my ecas is already been a decision made since may 15, and i recieved already the last letter that my application is already come into an end finally and just waiting for the cic Edmonton to call me for my landing interview,but until now i haven't recieved any letter or call from cic edmonton regarding my landing interview so i'm starting to get worried now,maybe they forgot me already!!!..well, as for the folks who had there AIP and DM congrats to all of you!!!and good luck also for those who are still on the process of waiting..dont worry it will come to you sooner..

We got both letters today everything is good. Now I can log on to the sponsor page. Second stage will
take a little while for us but we knew this would happen.
