Indian students applied for University of Windsor Winter 2016

i got my offer letter but the tuition fee in Msc. in Copmuter Science program is terribly high about 45000 CAD, and i got no fund from uwindsor. Probably i cant go there.

Hi Friends,

On Aug 25th i applied for University of Windsor "MENG Electrical and Computers" for WINTER(JAN) intake. But on last Friday i have seen status as a "Provisional Acceptance" for MAY (Summer) Intake.I think they only deferred my application to MAY even though i applied for JAN.

What is "Provisional Acceptance" status?. In Hyderabad there is UoW registered office(not consultancy) i called them and asked about my status,they said your admission got confirmed and wait for few days for admission letter which come through Courier.

I have below questions,hope these will be for many too:
Any one are going to MAY intake?
What about fee's for MEng?
Part times availability in Windsor city?
I heard that many students do part times in Toronto(390 km distance) and they will come to Windsor whenever classes are there? Is it real and possible?

@kartik the fees for MEng ( for 8 graduate courses winter 2016 session ) is 25,000 CAD$.
"Provisional acceptance" means u may have some conditions in your offer letter. once you satisfy all the conditions ur status will automatically change to Final acceptance. Even if you do not have any conditions, you have to show valid study permit at registrar's office and after that the status will change to FINAL ACCEPTANCE.
and I am also confused regarding part time jobs .That's why I'm waiting for carleton's response

"Provisional acceptance" means u may have some conditions in your offer letter. once you satisfy all the conditions ur status will automatically change to Final acceptance. Even if you do not have any conditions, you have to show valid study permit at registrar's office and after that the status will change to FINAL ACCEPTANCE.

I have applied for M.Eng in automotive in windsor which doesn't have a deadline for winter 2016. Haven't got a reply yet. Is it worth waiting still? . I have applied for concordia and UOIT too.
When can i least expect a reply saying that its accepted or rejected.
Will it be possible to make it in the end.??

Alanwake this is total tuition fees for MEng. It's upto you either u can finish it in one year or in two years. U just have to complete 8 graduate courses to comple ur MEng.

And faizal u should contact the concerned dept in UoW once to confirm the exact status of ur application. Or just contact department of graduate studies.

I am A student currently pursuing Btech In computer science 4_1 semester with 75%. i will complete my bachelors in may 2016 can i aply with my existing transcripts and send pc later? can i get admitted to apring 2016?

im planning for universities like YORK WINDSOR CARLETON..

Never apply in windsor if u are going to take M.Sc. in Computer Science. Their tuition fee is too much high. With this tuition fee you can easily study in other very good universities both in canada and australia.

Did you mean to say $25k per year or for entire course??

@steakpie for entire course. It doesn't include health insurance and other miscellaneous charges. They will cost around $700 for each term

@Rock0081 did they mentioned it in their requirement to send secondary school transcripts ?? Becoz in my case ( MEng ) I was only asked to send post secondary transcripts.
