My in laws passport is expiring in March and they are on super visa.
What would be the fastest way to apply for it.
Also, if they stay in Canada beyond march what will be the implications

This is really a question for the Indian embassy or consulate. It will be up to them to determine whether they can get a new passport while remaining in Canada or not.
