Incomplete Masters in Education Qualification of the PR application

Hello

I have received the ITA without my spouse claiming points for the Master's, as its not complete and not recognized by WES.

So we did not put the Master's under the Educational Qualifications when filling out the ITA.

In the PR application, we have to put his Master's under the personal history section, as on going. Do I put this under the Educational Qualifications as well, in the PR, since it does not pertain to a complete qualification according to WES. If I put it under Education, will that be a problem since its not there in the ITA?

Put that in personal history. I've read putting educational qualifications in education section later demands transcripts and ECA while in personal history, it does not demand anything, just some supporting documents.
