hi
my husband applied for work permit and got a refusal and he must leave the country , even i married with him and i tried to sponsor him , but the officer said that he must go out the country for 1 year as a (punishment) i didnt get what that work mean , but that what she say, i want to know if i can keep my husband with me , or if he go i ll be able to sponsor him from here , she gave us 2 weeks to appeal but maybe appeal of his situation of a refusal work permit and restoration statut inside canada , i m not to sure if we can also appeal and tell the judge about our marriage wich was my idea to keep him here with me since we been together for more than 8 month with all proove.

sounds like he was issued a 1 year exclusion order. He has to leave Canada and is ineligible to return for 1 year unless he applies an Authorization to Return to Canada. If he doesn't leave, then the exclusion turns into a deportation order, and CBSA will issue a warrant for his arrest. Once he leaves, then you can submit a sponsorship and his application. He will also have to apply for the ARC.
