@pathfinder : I guess they're processing applicants from April 10 - 20th for FSW atleast. I wouldnt worry about the application too much. You might see some changes in the next few weeks if not before that. Relax , because for CIC - ' No News is Good News' !

Please all you guys receiving decision made, did you all receive ghost emails before the change? Several people have asked this question but no one responds.

Yes I received ghost email on Sep 10 evening and Sep 11 morning checked ECAS changed from in process to Decision Made.

Do you mean applicants who submitted between April 10 - 20? If that's what you mean then I disagree with you because CIC is practically through with April applications, the few that are left submitted late April.

Hi Chris, I think you are fine cos you was requested to pay for RPRF, so 99.9999% PPR is on the way...For those paid in advance are still waiting and nothing indicates our application are on the right track expect ECAS in process on Aug 14...Damn it...

He means people with ITAs in April not AOR! The processing priority is more towards when your ITA is than your AOR
