Just want to share my husband's timeline:
May 22 - ITA
July 21 - Submitted Application
July 22 - AOR
JUly 22/25 - Schedule A Request / Submitted
July 22 - Application in Process (ECAS)
July 29/31 - RPRF / Provided
August 12 - Background Check in Progress

We're still waiting for the medical result, Medical is still review in progress.

Yup i got the rejection after DM that was the worst situation ever , i was expecting something else .anyways days passed now back to in process..

@rjoy.singh : how long did they take to make a final decision of rejection after initial Decision Made Status?

my Application says "in-process" since the day one on Ecas.

We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 25, 2015.
We started processing your application on July 25, 2015.

Also the application status on MYCIC says that medical is passed.

Is this odd? are there ppl around having the same status update i.e. application in-process since beginning?

yes, the application goes in process in the beginning and then goes to application received when you get AOR and then again "in process". folks here are talking about the second in process status only

I submit the application on July 14 and got the 1st AOR on July 14.
I did not know where to check the ECAS until I saw someone post a link in another thread on Aug.13. When I logged on, the status was already "In Process"

That's first in process.
Second in process will be a line added to above lines on ECAS

If your ECAS is reflecting the correct dates of your application then this can be a 2nd 'In Process' in ECAS because in most of the cases we have here, the ECAS has had the incorrect dates (the dates of profile creation) which change to actual dates of application very deep into the applicant's timeline. (Towards the end of the decision making process of CIC)

Also, a LOTS of applicants had their ECAS changed to 'In Process' on around 13-14 Aug (I re-iterate, LOTS of candidates), so you might have become a part of that batch!

All said and done, I personally think, its 1st 'In Process' in your ECAS, as of now. All the best.

Mine ecas was changed from application received to IN Process on 12 Aug
and my ecas shows

We received your application for permanent residence on July 4, 2015.
We started processing your application on July 4, 2015.
