Hi,

I am Canadian and I sponsored my wife over, and now she is a PR of 1 year now. And we would like to sponsor her parents over (my in-laws).

So I believe my wife cannot be the sponsor as she has not been PR for over 5 years yet.

Can I be the sponsor and she be the co-sponsor? Assuming income is not an issue.

She has to be the primary. You must be the co-sponsor. The five year rule doesn't apply to parents.
